✔ All products/services are digital and delivered via email or executed automatically within the customer’s account.


Deposit & Payment Policy

Customers may top up their balance via bank transfer, e-wallets, or cryptocurrency (depending on supported options at the time).

Account balance is used to purchase services and is non-withdrawable under any circumstances.

All transactions are recorded and displayed in the Transaction History section.


Warranty Policy

Warranty terms at 365MMO vary depending on the type of product or service, based on practical operational conditions.

Each product has its own warranty period, scope, and conditions, clearly stated on the product detail page.

Specifically:

  • Software tools / license keys: Warranty based on activation status or usage package.

  • Gmail & social media accounts: Warranty subject to specific regulations for each account type.

  • Engagement boosting services (Follow, Like, View…): Warranty duration and coverage depend on the selected package and the platform’s algorithm status at the time of use.

Refund Policy

💡 As our products are digital services, refunds are not supported except in the following cases:

  • Duplicate deposit (with verification)

  • System error resulting in balance deduction without order creation

Refunds are not applicable in cases such as:

  • Misuse or failure to follow instructions

  • Change of mind during service usage


Acceptable Use Policy
